Back pain is the main reason for leave for working people and sometimes back pain sufferers need to seek medical treatment. It can cause uncomfortable and debilitating in many cases.

Higher body weight can result in back pain more often as well as increase the risk of back pain so it’s necessary to maintain a healthy weight for good health. People with more abdominal, buttocks, and hip area weight have a greater possibility of back pain than other obese people.
